Prevention Forum, is a concerned group of private sector firms,
consumer and volunteer groups, government agencies and law
enforcement organizations committed to fighting fraud aimed
at consumers and businesses. It has developed a wide reaching

on the scope of the problem in Canada and focus testing of
messages which resonate with the public. The Competition Bureau
